Finding a VA Home

VA homes can only be purchased through approved real estate brokers.  The general public cannot purchase a VA home without the assistance of these approved agents.

The VA list of available homes is updated on a daily basis in order to reflect homes that have sold and homes that have returned to the market.  The list of available VA homes are released every other Friday.

In order to tour a VA home for sale, the buyer should contact his/her approved real estate broker, such as Sun National Real Estate at (602) 993-7509, in order to have the house opened up for him/her.
