Finding a HUD Home HUD homes can only be purchased through approved real estate brokers. The general public cannot purchase a HUD home without the assistance of these approved agents. The HUD list of available homes is updated on a daily basis in order to reflect homes that have sold and homes that have returned to the market. New homes are added every Thursday to the HUD list. In order to tour a HUD home for sale, the buyer should contact his/her approved real estate broker, such as Sun National Real Estate at (602) 993-7509, in order to have the house opened up for him/her.
